Thanks for choosing Dex – where learning meets adventure! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your Dex device will ship.

📦 Processing Time

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.

For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product detail page and/or your order confirmation email. We’ll notify you with tracking as soon as your Dex is on the way!


🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently ship within the United States, All orders are shipped from our California fulfillment center.

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days $15 flat rate

Dex is not responsible for import duties and shipping charges to these countries.

🧾 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the move. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us at support@dex.camera.

🛍️ Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We process orders each morning for next-day shipping, so once your order enters that stage, we’re often unable to make changes or cancellations.

If you need to update your order, please email support@dex.camera as soon as possible with your order number and a brief note about what you’d like to change or cancel.

We’ll do our best to catch it before it’s packed and will confirm by email whether the update went through.


❗ Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Wait 24 hours – sometimes carriers scan early.
  • Check with neighbors or your building manager.
  • Still missing? Email us at support@dex.camera and we’ll help track it down.
